Description: The majority of project failures blame the requirements process so it’s no wonder that writing good requirements is complicated and harder than what most people think.  If it were that simple, wouldn’t we have mastered it decades ago?  There are a lot of tools, methodologies and even templates that seem to promise great requirements.  The real truth is that they only assist with storage and communication and the actual writing relies on you.  This course will explore how you can create well-formed, high-quality requirements that will ensure all stakeholders clearly understand what the solution is intended to do.  Whether you are new to business analysis or have been doing it a while, you are sure to learn some new techniques and approaches to writing great requirements.
