By accessing this site or registering for a course or course package you agree to the terms of service below.
Copyright
All materials for courses, certificate programs, boot camps, group training, books, and merchandise designs are copyrighted. © 2017-2023 The League of Analysts Inc. - The Uncommon League. All rights are reserved.
You agree not to distribute, incorporate into other materials, charge admission or a fee to publicly show course videos. Public performance of course materials is prohibited.
User License
Materials
Materials are course books, exercises, handouts, and electronic whiteboards. Courses are licensed to a single individual. You agree not to share materials on social media, file servers or websites, and other electronic means of storage. You will have access to online copies of course materials for 6 months past the course start date. You can download online materials and keep them as reference materials.
Videos
Videos are recordings or original productions of course materials. Course videos are not available for downloading or offline storage. You agree not to share videos on social media, file servers or websites, and other electronic means of storage. Videos recordings are available for 6 months after the video has been posted.
Refunds
Group training provided privately to an organization is non-refundable unless otherwise indicated in the signed SOW (Statement of Work).
Conference purchases can be refunded if requested 30 days prior to the conference. No refunds are provided if the refund request is received 29 days or fewer to the start of the conference.
Boot camp, certificate, or course purchased are refunded if the request for a refund is received within 30 days of the boot camp, certificate, or course start date. We will provide a credit on your account that is valid for one year after the start date if the refund request is received 29 days or fewer to the start of the conference.
Book and material purchases for electronic or physical books are refundable if the materials are damaged in shipping otherwise all sales are final.
Merchandise (t-shirts, clothing, mugs, pens, hats) are not eligible for refunds unless the product is damaged during shipping. Clothing items and be exchanged for a different size or color.
Warranty
Courses, boot camps, certificate programs, group training, books, and merchandise are provided without warranty.
Data Privacy
We collect your first name, last name and email address to track and verify your subscription, enrollment(s) in course(s), to notify you by email of your progress or completion of courses and to subscribe you to our newsletter. Thinkific.com stores this information on our behalf. This information is never disclosed to third-parties.
You can unsubscribe from all these email communications by clicking the unsubscribe button in the email you received. You can also contact us at sales@bobtheba.com to manually request us to cancel your subscription.
Data regarding credit card purchases is handled by a third party. The third party meets PCI standards for credit card processing. We don't store credit information of any kind for any reason. The information you provide on the credit card or purchasing screens is used strictly by a third party for the purposes of validating the credit card purchase with the issuing bank and other credit card processors.
Information regarding answers to quizzes, polls, or tests are not shared or stored. Your reviews of courses and products may be shared with other subsidiaries of The Uncommon League for Marketing purposes.
Verification of attendance is not provided. Students are encouraged to keep the completion email once the course is completed as proof of attendance. We are not able to verify your attendance in any course to any standards or certification body. Upon request of the student, we can provide a certificate of completion. For copies of certificates, please contact sales@bobtheba.com with your first name, last name, email address you used to register for the course and the course title. We will respond with a certificate copy if we are able to match the information provided. Bulk requests for certificates are prohibited.
