We offer these courses approximately once per calendar quarter as live, Uncommon Coach led virtual experiences. The courses run every two to three weeks. The full certificate is ideal for business analysts looking for a solid foundation to build their careers. If you've been working as a business analyst, the certificate will solidify your knowledge and help you add a few tools to your tool belt.

Introduction to Business Analysis Course - Learn the foundational aspects, benefits, techniques, process, skill-sets, competencies, and general expectations of the Business Analyst role and how it delivers value to stakeholders and organizations.
Vision & Scope Course - Learn to identify business needs and create project vision, and communicate project goals. Understand vendor selection, buy-build, and other solution types. Learn to identify, document, and verify project scope.
Stakeholders & Elicitation Course - Learn the requirements elicitation model, and selecting elicitation techniques. We aren’t known as the technique guys for nothing. We’ll discuss and practice several classic and modern elicitation techniques.
Analysis & Modeling Course - Learn to get a better understanding of what was uncovered during the elicitation process. Learn in depth modeling techniques, how to use models as an alternative elicitation method, and how to extract requirements from models.
Documenting & Managing Course - Understand where the business analyst fits in to the project process after the requirements are documented, prioritization, traceability, verification, and BA involvement in testing to document and manage requirements.
Planning & Estimating Course - Learn how to plan out requirements elicitation efforts to create an approach for business analysis activities, define deliverables, estimated effort, and how to negotiate for more time or resources.
