Effective Business Decisions Course
Description: Making effective decisions is the key to success of any organization in today’s very competitive and complicated marketplace, and that relies on solid, fast decisions made by confident decision makers. However, all too often, we make the decision too late, too early or not at all. Opportunities we should have seized have passed us by, and problems that were truly important get ignored. Effective decisions are made at all levels of your organization, so whether you are a business analyst, business partner, IT project partner, or at some level of management, you have the opportunity to impact your organization in a positive way by developing effective decision making skills.
In this dynamic, hands-on workshop, we will give you the tools and enhance your skills to address how to stop spinning out of control, prevent the meeting to have a meeting to have a meeting to have a meeting because you cannot make a decision syndrome, analysis paralysis and additional barriers to effective decision making. We will work through key strategies that you can immediately apply to the work you do in your organization today. One bad decision can lead to acquisitions, mergers and layoffs, and isn’t that too high a price to pay?
