Description: This 2 or 3-day Foundations in Business Analysis course is appropriate for organizations that need to train their Business Analysts in the foundations of Business Analysis. This course explores the foundational aspects of Business Analysis including: roles and responsibilities of the Business Analyst, competencies, requirements, scope modeling, elicitation, process modeling, data, interface modeling, interaction modeling, writing requirements, packaging requirements, prioritizing requirements, and requirements traceability.
