Advanced Facilitation Skills Course

Description: Facilitation is a core competency for many roles but additional skill sets are required to handle complex projects, unique situations and more difficult than normal people.  This course is designed for people who have done great work as a facilitator in their roles at their company but know they have want more out of their facilitation efforts. We will help build on your current facilitation skills taking them to the next level.  You will learn and practice several advanced techniques and approaches gaining immediate knowledge and experience that you can apply back on the job.  In addition to the Bob the BA approach to training, this course will also utilize video recording of student facilitation to assist with important and thorough feedback from the instructor.

Length: 1-Day

CDU/PDU: Earn 7 CDU/PDU for both IIBA and PMI certification

Prerequisites: We recommend the Introduction to Facilitation course or equivalent experience.

Intended Audience: Anyone that leads high profile meetings, large change management efforts, runs programs, facilitates complex requirements workshops that all require buy-in from critical decision makers and large groups of stakeholders.
