Description: Effective presentation skills are important. They are important to the success of the project, overall business success, personal success, they reduce stress through proper communication, they assist in good time management, they influence public opinion, and they give people confidence. In this workshop you will learn to communicate effectively, persuasively and how to present with control and poise. Fear? Forget it. We can help with that too. You will learn to present with the confidence you need to make a difference. In addition to the Bob the BA approach to training, this course will also utilize video recording of student presentation to assist with important and thorough feedback from the instructor.

CDU/PDU: Earn 7 CDU/PDU for both IIBA and PMI certification

Prerequisites: We recommend the Introduction to Business Analysis course or equivalent experience.
