Scaling Agile for the Organization Course
Overview
Ask a dozen project professionals “When does Agile work best?” and you’re likely to get about a dozen answers. When requirements are changing, when you need to move quickly, when you need flexibility, when you have a small team you can dedicate to a single “product” are all likely answers. Here’s the thing: The only constant in project work is that requirements change. We’ve all heard of large companies successfully implementing Agile frameworks across multiple products and multiple teams. (We’ve also heard of some not so successful approaches, but let’s not dwell on those.) In this course, we’ll take a look at some common approaches to scaling Agile. We’ll learn how to assess approaches and determine which will work for your organization, or if you should create your own approach.
