Agile Elicitation & Collaboration Course
In a world where there is no specific “phase” of projects for eliciting requirements, who shall rise victorious from the Collaboration Games? (Did you read that in a super dramatic movie narrator voice? Good!)
Analysts still need to spend time with stakeholders to understand their needs and elicit information in order to achieve project goals. In agile, we don’t spend time up front to understand requirements for the entire project, so what do we do now? Virtual or in person, let’s embrace a new normal for speed and collaboration! We’ll learn techniques that will help us elicit, collaborate and facilitate to achieve the best outcomes for the people, the process and the project. (And ensure that the odds are ever in our favor…)
