Agile Retrospectives and Improvements Course

Overview

There are five ceremonies that most Agile frameworks agree on, but only one is also one of the core Agile Principles. And guess which ceremony we’re most likely to skip? Yep, retros! Pausing to reflect and adjust, or retrospect, is a critical step in team development, process improvement, individual growth, and ensuring that the team continues to deliver value. Let’s get serious about retrospectives! How can we ensure an open honest discussion? What if things were horrible?  And why does a Star Trek reference really make a difference?
