We took all 9 days of our Business Analysis Certificate program and combined them into a fast-paced 4-day Business Analysis Boot Camp. This course is perfect for Business Analysts that want to development their skills quickly.

This course explores the foundational aspects of Business Analysis from the following five courses: Introduction to Business Analysis Scope and Elicitation, Analyzing Requirements, Supporting and Managing Requirements, and Business Analysis Planning and Estimating.  

The Uncommon League is an IIBA Endorsed Education Provider.  This course is aligned with the BABOK 3.0.

Course Length: 4 days

Type: Virtual - This course is virtual using the Zoom platform.

CDU/PDU: Earn 28 CDU/PDU for both IIBA and PMI certification

Prerequisites: Some experience with Business Analysis will be helpful, but it is not required.
