Scrum Leader Boot Camp for Groups

The Agile Scrum Leader courses are designed for current Scrum Masters, Team Members, Project Managers, or anyone that wants to perform the Scrum Master role on an Agile Team. Our courses align with Scrum.org certification standards and SBOK (Scrum Book of Knowledge).

Get hands-on experience as we explore Agile and Scrum in-depth to understand the role of Scrum in Agile, team member roles in Scrum, Scrum events and meetings, building effective Scrum teams, managing products with agility, evolving Scrum within the organization, and much more. We walk through a day in the life of a scrum master with scenarios designed to challenge users on approaches for correcting common challenges. This course also covers example test questions and approaches for studying for the exam.

Course Length: 4 days

CDU/PDU: Earn 28 CDU/PDU for both IIBA and PMI certification

Prerequisites: Some experience with Agile will be helpful, but it is not required.
