These hands-on courses provide a deeper understanding of writing user stories or cards, organizing those cards in the product or sprint backlog by estimating, prioritizing, and elaborating user stories and cards. Understand the key metrics used on Agile and Scrum to show progress and measure productivity.
Course Length: 3 days
CDU/PDU: Earn 21 CDU/PDU for both IIBA and PMI certification
Prerequisites: Some experience with Agile will be helpful, but it is not required.

Writing Better User Stories (Cards) and Acceptance Criteria
This course helps you write compelling user stories by identifying the attributes and guidelines for writing better user stories
Discover techniques to write effective User Stories (Cards) and acceptance criteria
Understand definition of done (DoD), understand the definition of ready (DoR), and minimally viable product (MVP)
Learn how to ensure the minimum viable product is present in all user stories (cards)
Learn how to ensure user stories (cards) are right-sized

Agile Backlogs, Story Mapping, and Prioritization
