Today is National Croissant Day. This buttery pastry has layer upon layer of buttery goodness. To get that warm, delicious pastry the dough must be layered and rolled out again and again. We like to think it is an Agile pastry. Without all those beautiful layers rolled out over and over you would never get that wonderful tasty croissant.
