Introduction to the Agile Framework and Roles - This course covers the fundamentals of the Agile framework process and roles. We will explore the principles, values, and Agile manifesto to understand Agile's guiding principles. We will dive into understanding Agile terms and concepts, understand the scrum process, ceremonies within the scrum process, variations of the scrum process, and explore the scrum leader, product owner, and team member roles.

Scrum Events and Roles In Depth - This course goes into detail about each scrum role. It includes non-traditional Agile roles like Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager, Tester, and Quality Analyst. We'll go deeper into each scrum ceremony and discuss how each role interacts with the ceremony. This course also shows students new approaches to successful sprinting.

Writing Better User Story Cards and Acceptance Criteria - This course helps you write compelling user stories by identifying the attributes and guidelines for writing better user stories. Discover techniques to write effective User Stories (Cards), acceptance criteria, establish a definition of done, understand the definition of ready, ensure the minimum viable product is present in all user stories (cards), ensure user stories (cards) are right-sized, working with user stories (cards) in backlogs, and more.

Agile Backlog, Story Mapping, and Prioritization - Learn to manage and organize User Stories (cards) in a Story Map for planning and estimating, utilize the story map to feed the product backlog, understand how to use the story map for prioritization, create a story map backbone that is meaningful for the product, and using story maps for backlog refinement. We will explore how to prioritize cards and user stories effectively while balancing each sprint's different types of cards (new capability, bug fix, research, etc.).

Agile Estimating and Metrics - Learn collaborative techniques for estimating cards or user stories in the product or sprint backlog. Learn the best approach to estimating to plan a sprint or release more accurately. Understand the 5 levels of Agile panning and how to apply them. Learn how to use a roadmap to prioritize cards for sprints.
